„Any Agile job for a Project Manager?” It is the topic of the webinar organised by PMI Chapter Poland Krakow Branch on February 25th. It will be led by a Senior Project Manager and Agile Coach – Robert Rogala.
Agile methodologies are shifting rapidly away from the traditional „follow the plan” project management approaches. Full of fresh ideas and new, sexy definitions, they introduce new roles, e.g. Scrum Master.
They do not mention a word about a Project Manager.
- What does it mean to a Project Manager?
- Is it time for a PM to retire?
During the webinar, we will talk about Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework and their skill requirements.
We will take a closer look at new agile roles and discuss what novelty they bring to project management.
- Can a PM easily fulfil these roles?
- What superpowers a PM has today?
- How they can help him/her in a transition to an agile role?
